A Lightweight, Self-Retaining Nut Solution That Allows for Automated Installation

They are stacked, snapping into one another, and are installed using an ergonomically designed pneumatic hand or bench mount tool. During assembly, these high-performance U-nuts are placed over the edge of a stamped panel, or through a pre-stamped slot, and are simply pushed until the rear of the fastener locates against the panel edge or snaps into the clearance hole. They can be used on either plastic or steel panels. Collated U-Nuts are available in M6 and M10 thread sizes and in the most common finishes.
