AL Type Knurled Inserts with Large Sealed Head
(60) The Knurled Insert with Large Sealed Head combines all the features of the standard knurled inserts plus weathertight security provided by a PVC foam seal bonded to the underside of the head. These sealed inserts will withstand 50 PSI (3.4bars) of pressure and can be used in punched or drilled holes. During insertion, the knurled body expands 360º to fill the hole creating exceptional torque strength and resistance to vibration. Self-Tapping Inserts
Series 10 Thread Forming — Self-Tapping Inserts are versatile. They can be used in more plastics, including thermoset plastics, while providing the highest, most consistent pullout strength.
Press-In Inserts
Series 50 Symmetrical and Series 51 Headed — Press-In Inserts are designed to be pressed into a plastic hole without melting the plastic prior to installation. They offer rapid installation with no specialized equipment and achieve good overall joint performance.
Molded-In Inserts
Series 63 Through-Hole and Series 65 Blind End — Molded-In Inserts are designed for maximum pull-out and torque performance, and are often the Insert of choice for thermosets and engineered plastics with a high percentage of filler. The minor thread diameter tolerance is controlled to ensure positive positioning and perpendicularity of the Insert on the core pin during the molding process. Series 63 is symmetrical eliminating orientation. Series 65 is the same body style in a blind ended version.

Blind Threaded Inserts with Flanged Neoprene Bushings
(35) Blind Threaded Inserts with Flanged Neoprene Bushings have a brass machine nut molded into one end. Tightening a conventional machine screw threaded in the brass nut causes the insert to expand and creates a secure fastening. Collapsible Body Type Blind Threaded Inserts
(7) This Blind Threaded Insert is an economical blind fastener designed for assembly line use in thin, soft or brittle materials. When tightened, the body collapses to form legs which grip the inside of the mounting surface, leaving a permanent, reusable threaded insert.
